Launch-Native Boilerplate License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Launch-Native grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Lifetime License to use the Launch-Native coding boilerplate for the following purposes:

• Create unlimited projects.
• Build and develop applications or websites for personal use or commercial use.

2. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

• Resell or redistribute the Launch-Native boilerplate as a standalone product.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Launch-Native boilerplate.
• Use the Launch-Native boilerplate in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Launch-Native retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Launch-Native boilerplate. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights in the Launch-Native boilerplate.
